We take the application process very seriously. Please pay attention to the details.

Participants will be selected, based on the following criteria:
• Able to attend Opening Retreat and ALL sessions, for entire day's schedule.
• Must be a sophomore or junior and living in or attending school in Williamson County.
• Interested in learning more about Franklin and Williamson County.
• Demonstrated or potential leadership ability.
• Actively involved in school and community programs.

2008 YLF Application

Applications for Youth Leadership Franklin will be ALSO available the first week of September 2008 from school guidance counselors or by contacting Kat McElroy at Green Bank, 615.236.5650, or at mcelroyk@greenbankusa.com.

Since our sponsors cover all expenses, there is no financial cost the participants. Your investment will involve time and commitment.

A participant's acceptance into the class is a commitment to five full school days attendance. A participant must understand that absenteeism will result in being dropped from the program.
